My career began in packaging engineering, where I spent nearly 10 years designing packaging systems, developing prototypes, and collaborating with domestic and international manufacturing partners. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to transform an idea into a product that is not only manufacturable, but commercially successful.

Since then, I've led New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and cross-functional product development for high-growth consumer brands, guiding products from concept through commercialization. From packaging engineering and supplier sourcing to manufacturing, retail launch, and eCommerce distribution, I help companies navigate the complexities of product development with confidence, reducing risk, accelerating timelines, and building products that are ready to scale.
